Hostage: Herzl’s draft charter for the Ottoman Palestine Land Company reserved the Zionist’s rights to involuntarily transfer Palestinians to other parts of the Ottoman Empire. There is very little doubt they would have remained penniless beggars….No doubt, but the point stands that transfer/expulsion was on the agenda, not genocide.
